This is the page most likely to give difficulties.  

The POP3 server is where you pick up your mail, which we host.

The SMTP server can be a bit trickier. We have two different mail servers. Accounts set up before 3/1/02 do not have SMTP service. You can use the SMTP server from your ISP. If this isn't possible, let us know and we can help you move the mail to the new server. All other accounts use mail.your-domain.com. Note: After this initial setup, go back into Tools > Accounts > Properties > Server Tab > Make sure that you check "My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication" in your mail program. This is generally found in the SMTP server settings
