When do you charge my credit card?
We finalize our statements on the first of the month and
your card is actually billed on or close to the 5th
of each month.
How do I change my credit card information?
To change your credit card, go to www.coastline.com/credit.
This will lead you to a secure connection so your
number will be sent over the Internet scrambled.
What happens if my credit card is declined?
If your card is declined we will contact you for an
alternate credit card. There
is a $6 fee that we are charged by the bank and we will pass
that charge onto you. If
we are unable to reach you within 10 days of billing we will
suspend your account.

How
do I get a receipt of Coastline charges for my taxes?
Your monthly credit card statement details all Coastline
charges and acts as your receipt for tax purposes.
Do you take checks? Western Union? Money Wires?
No, Coastline does not take checks or money wires.
Coastline only accepts credit cards including Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover.
Many
of our clients can use their checking account if they have an
associated debit card bearing MasterCard or Visa privileges.
Do you send monthly invoices?
Coastline
does not send invoices. All charges are debited
automatically from credit cards.
Back
When do I get credit for referred domains?
As soon as the referral domain has passed their two month
free-trial period and becomes a regular account you are
credited with a free month for referring them.
Some of our clients have never paid for their hosting!
How does this two-free month thing work?
It is simple. You sign up your first domain with us and we
will not charge you for two months.
Once the two months is over, we will prorate you for
the remainder of the current month. You will then be placed in our regular billing cycle.
Your card will be charged on the 5th of
every month (unless you refer other accounts.)
My second account was billed immediately. What happened to
the two free months?
The “two free months” applies to the first domain.
Any additional domains that you sign up do not have a
free trial period.
